Hoops superfan Sir Rod Stewart was spotted cheering on Celtic at their Champions League clash.

The incredible musician was pictured alongside his son Alastair at Celtic Park on Wednesday, January 22, when the Glasgow side played against Young Boys.

Rod, who recently celebrated his 80th birthday on January 10, looked chuffed ahead of the game.

The dramatic match finished with Celtic winning 1 - 0 after Kyogo Furuhashi had a hat-trick of goals disallowed and Arne Engles missed a penalty.

The legendary rocker, who is married to Penny Lancaster, is known for his incredibly successful music career.

The talented artist, and huge Hoops fan, is known for his tunes such as Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?, All for Love, Sailing, Baby Jane, I Don't Want to Talk About It, and many more.

Rod, who is from London, England, began his music career in 1961.
