One thing Hull FC sought above all else for 2025 was experience, and they've certainly added that, with ten new signings to date bringing with them nearly 2,000 games of experience to the club.

Adding four new quota players, three with Super League experience, not to mention six domestic additions, Hull, led by director of rugby Richie Myler and head coach John Cartwright, have added their desired qualities, with experience also bringing with it leadership, accountability, professionalism, and the like—qualities endeared by all at the club as they look to right the wrongs of the last few years.

That experience comes most from Zak Hardaker, who has 378 games for club and country on his CV, with the centre, who featured in the NRL back in 2016, also challenged, in what is a reoccurring role, to help bring on the young players in the first team and beyond.

Oliver Holmes is also highly experienced, having played 284 games for club and country, with Jordan Rapana (252), Aidan Sezer (242), and John Asiata (242) all boasting significant experience on both a club and representative level. Jordan Abdull (184), Ed Chamberlain (162), and Cade Cust (106) continue that theme, each playing on the representative stage, with only Hugo Salabio (70) and Amir Boruouh (57) still on double figures for career appearances.

The only current Hull players above 100 career appearances were Tom Briscoe (422), acquired by Myler last April, then Herman Ese'ese (216), Ligi Sao (211), Brad Fash (185), Jordan Lane (157), Jack Ashworth (128), and Jed Cartwright (102), showing the need to add the trait for this year. Whether or not all produce in terms of quality is yet to be seen, but in terms of seniority, it's fair to suggest the club has acquired exactly what was needed

Here is a rundown of each new signing's path to date, with all competitions, including the French Elite Championship and New South Wales Cup included.
