Hull KR duo special guests at World Darts Championships and get one over Wigan Warriors
Hull KR stars Jack Broadbent and Jack Brown took to one of the iconic sporting stages at the weekend after taking the oche at Ally Pally. The Robins duo were in London this weekend as special guests at the PDC World Championships, and got one over two Wigan Warriors counterparts in the process.
Broadbent and Brown headed to the capital to enjoy some of the action as part of the ongoing cross-promotion between the two sports. The Robins pair caught up with Dutchman Wessel Nijman as part of the club's ongoing promotion of the Amsterdam Challenge next month, with Rovers heading to the Netherlands for a pre-season game with York Knights.
As part of the trip, Broadbent and Brown were invited on stage for a face-off with Wigan Warriors' Harry Smith and Liam Marshall, who had spent time with Joe Cullen earlier that day to promote their Las Vegas trip.

Both pairs took part in an 18-dart challenge, with the objective of posting the largest score possible. And it was the Rovers players who prevailed, with both Brown and Broadbent hitting treble 20 to secure big scores. You can watch the full clip by clicking here.
The two sports have regularly paired up to promote the other. A number of darts' top players are avid rugby league supporters, with former world champion Michael Smith a regular attendee at St Helens while Luke Littler is a huge Warrington Wolves fan.
Last year, Steve McNamara was seen at the Palace to enjoy some of the action while Matty Ashton and Jack Welsby were also special guests during last year's event. Littler helped launch Warrington's kit for the current campaign too.
