Hull KR pair charged by RFL after thrilling Challenge Cup tie against Knights
HULL KR's Mikey Lewis and Tom Davies have been charged by the RFL's Match Review Panel following Friday night's thrilling Challenge Cup tie at York Knights.
Both have received Grade B charges following the convincing 44-2 victory in front of a club record crowd, a figure yet to be announced, at the LNER Community Stadium.
Cult hero Lewis marked his return to the city in which he spent a prolific loan spell in 2021 with a brace of tries, whilst winger Davies also crossed the whitewash on debut.

Lewis has been charged for an incident on Liam Harris in the opening minutes of the game. After the ball had been spilled by KR, the Knights' skipper kicked ahead and was bundled into touch by the visiting half-back, who made contact with Harris' neck and head with his forearm.
The incident was not picked up by match officials during the game, but is clearly visible on The Sportsman's coverage.
Davies has been charged for a first-half tackle on Oli Field, after which both he, and the Knights' stand-in centre, received treatment.
Mikey Lewis and Tom Davies have received three disciplinary points each from the Match Review Panel.
