INVERCLYDE Athletic Club's junior forum has celebrated the achievements of its under-15 and under-17 athletes at a prizegiving event.

The youngsters were recognised for their efforts at a ceremony organised by the club's Junior Forum and supported by the social sub-group.

The event, which took place at Gourock Bowling Club, provided an evening of entertainment with food, music by Sonic Void, games, a treasure hunt, and an athletics-themed quiz.

The quiz was won by 'Team Burrows'.

Treasurer Gerry Gaffney and welfare officer Collette McGeehan got everyone involved in a game of 'Hit or Miss'.
