Jalen Williams: Part of this is because Thunder fans are elite. We talk to players all over the league, and I’m not trying to call out any other fanbases, but Thunder fans are different. After we lost in the playoffs, their reaction showed it. They weren’t just there for the wins—they were there for the journey. Some fanbases are front-runners. They’re like, "Wake me up when you make the Finals," and if you don’t, they’re not interested. Thunder fans are the opposite. They’re with you every step, paying attention to the little things—almost as if they’re in the locker room with us.
