Jebbison scores 25 minutes into his return to Bournemouth
Striker Daniel Jebbison returned to Bournemouth this week after a hellish loan spell at Watford – and promptly scored on his first game back for the Cherries.
The 21-year-old replaced Justin Kluivert in the 67th minute of the FA Cup third round tie with West Brom at the Vitality Stadium.
In the second minute of stoppage time, Jebbison was played in by Antoine Semenyo and netted his first goal for Bournemouth since his summer move from Sheffield United.
It rounded off a crushing 5-1 win even though West Brom had taken the lead in the 14th minute through Caleb Taylor.
Jebbison played only 380 minutes for Watford after joining on loan at the end of August, starting just three of his 13 appearances.
He had just nine attempts on goal during that time, three of which were on target, and made only 26 successful passes.
The forward achieved two successful passes in 25 minutes this afternoon.
• Watford will definitely be travelling to face Sunderland in the Championship on Saturday February 8.
The Black Cats lost 2-1 at home to Stoke City after extra-time in their FA Cup tie this afternoon.
Had either they or the Hornets reached the next round, the league fixture would have been moved as Fourth Round ties will be played on the weekend of February 8.
However, now both sides are out they will meet as scheduled at the Stadium of Light, although with Sky selecting the game for live coverage it means a very early start for travelling fans as the game will kick off at 12.30pm.
• Kelsey Mooney, the son of former Watford striker Tommy, featured for Accrington Stanley in their televised FA Cup game at Liverpool earlier today.
The 25-year-old striker was a 78th-minute sub for Accrington as they were beaten 4-0 by the Premier League giants.
Mooney junior signed for Accrington in May, having previously played for Hereford, Leamington and Boston United.
Just like his Dad, Kelsey began his playing career in the Academy at Aston Villa.
