Joao Felix makes huge Chelsea transfer claim as Enzo Maresca goalkeeper plan outlined
Chelsea were dumped out of the FA Cup after a 2-1 fourth-round comeback from Brighton on the south coast.
The visitors were in front inside five minutes through an own goal from goalkeeper Bart Verbruggen, but Brighton provided a quick response. Georginio Rutter equalised on seven minutes, while Kaoru Mitoma put the Seagulls into the lead shortly the break.
Enzo Maresca's side were unable to provide a response, registering just one shot on target. Out of both domestic cups, Chelsea are battling to finish in the European places, once again, as they also target silverware in the Europa Conference League.

After winning all their games in the league phase and topping the table, Chelsea will either play Gent, Real Betis, Copenhagen or Heidenheim in the last-16. However, as they are not in action until the start of next month - there - as football.london take a closer look at the latest Chelsea news and headlines;
'I pushed hard to leave Chelsea' - Felix
Joao Felix admitted his desire to leave Stamford Bridge in search of regular game time, having made a bright start to life at AC Milan. "I pushed hard to come here. I want to give my all for this club," he said. "I already knew [Sergio] Conceicao. His passion is contagious. And winning is essential.
"Kaka has always been my idol. I saw myself in him and tried to imitate him.
"The fans' warmth has been incredible and I want to make them happy. I've joined AC Milan on loan, but if there's chance to stay beyond this season... I'd be happy."
football.london says: It's fair to say the Portugal star hasn't had the best start to life at Stamford Bridge since joining permanently from Atletico Madrid last year. Felix has only made 12 Premier League appearances and he struggled to break into the starting XI as he was competing with the likes of Cole Palmer - who is pretty much undroppable. So it was always going to be difficult for the 25-year-old to overcome that and perhaps his latest comments will leave fans feeling a certain way, but he must now really kickstart his career.
Chelsea target Caoimhin Kelleher transfer
TBR Football argue that Chelsea are one of five clubs monitoring Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher ahead of the summer. The 26-year-old is coming to the end of his deal at Anfield in 2026 - and is thought to want to leave as he plays second fiddle to Alisson.
Liverpool have also signed Giorgi Mamardashvili, who will arrive from Valencia at the end of the season. Aside from Chelsea, AFC Bournemouth, Newcastle and Nottingham Forest are also said to be keen on Kelleher, while Celtic are thought to be long-term admirers.
football.london says: With Blues' number one Robert Sanchez coming under-fire for his performances this season, it makes sense that the club are looking to make a new addition between their posts. Kelleher on a relatively cheap deal would be a massive coup for the club - amid the ongoing battle to stay within Profit and Sustainability Rules. The Republic of Ireland international has put in some solid performances for Liverpool when called upon and would be a strong addition.
