Joel Embiid injury update: 76ers star could be close to return from knee injury

When Joel Embiid is healthy, he is not only the best player for the Philadelphia 76ers but also one of the best players in the NBA.

Embiid trying to stay healthy has always been the issue. His career has been plagued by injuries that have often prevented him from maximizing his potential for a substantial length of time.

Embiid has been dealing with a knee injury that's kept him sidelined recently but 76ers coach Nick Nurse mentioned earlier this week that the center has been working with secondary units during practice to get re-acclimated.

The 2022-23 MVP was also spotted by reporter Ky Carlin of the Sixers Wire doing handstands after practice on Monday.
