John McGinn and his mates take Fantasy Premier League very, very seriously.

So seriously in fact that the Aston Villa man revealed an outrageous tattoo agreement with his mates as part of their cheeky competition forfeit.

McGinn bared all when taking part in a British Sign Language series for TNT Sports 1. Sign Up - Into Football is aimed at raising the profile of the deaf community, elevating the visibility of British Sign Language (BSL) and leading the way in making sports programming accessible for all.

The show is fronted by deaf British Sign Language presenters Damaris Cooke and Rolf Choutan. The show airs on the first Friday of every month. And the presenting duo met up with the former Hibs midfielder for a recent interview to raise awareness. In a sneak peek clip on X, Choutan quipped: "You might be the only footballer in the Premier League without any tattoos John."

The Scotland international replied with a side-splitting revelation: "I think so. We actually have a competition in me and my friends' Fantasy Football League. The person who finishes at the bottom [of the table] has to get the winner's name tattooed - normally on their backside.

"It's happened for five season in a row. I've managed to escape relegation a couple of times. And hopefully for my mum's sake I avoid it this year!" The interviewer jokingly replied: "Touch wood! Touch wood!"

The former Hibernian midfielder wished to thank the interviewers for their time in BSL. He revealed that he partially learned some phrases in recent years but vowed to expand his BSL skills. Aston Villa are preparing to host Southampton at Villa Park on Saturday, with kick off at 3pm. McGinn is looking to help the Birmingham club return to the Champions League for the second consecutive season.
