John Stones is back in the Manchester City squad for the first time in a month but Jeremy Doku misses out through injury.

Stones has not featured since he came off injured at half-time of the Premier League defeat to Aston Villa. After a number of comebacks that have gone wrong, Pep Guardiola spoke of the need to make sure they avoided another relapse even if it took him longer to return.

There was confusion on Tuesday morning when ten players were missing from the open part of the training session, but Stones joins Ruben Dias and Manu Akanji along with young defender Max Alleyne as the centre-backs. Nathan Ake is injured, while new signings Vitor Reis and Abdukodir Khusanov are not eligible for the Champions League.

Doku was one of the stars of the 6-0 win over Ipswich but has picked up an issue and has not travelled. Guardiola may be asked about their absences when he speaks to media ahead of the PSG game.

Club captain Kyle Walker has not travelled as he looks to secure a move to AC Milan, but the Blues are boosted by the fact that Rodri has travelled with the group as he continues his rehabilitation. The Spaniard is ambitiously planning a return from action before the end of the season but still has months of recovery to go as he works his way back from knee surgery.

City could do with a win as they look to confirm a spot in the Champions League knockouts, but PSG are also fighting for their European future with just two games left in the group stage.
