Football royalty descended on Home Park today when King Kenny was spotted watching Liverpool take on the mighty Pilgrims in the FA Cup. Kenny Dalglish was spotted in the directors' box watching the Reds in action against Plymouth Argyle.

Dalglish is one of the most decorated and respected figures in British sport having played, captained and managed the six times European champions during an illustrious career. He is now has an official role as a non-executive board member for Liverpool FC.

He looked less than happy as the game took an unexpected turn and Argyle scored a penalty to threaten an almighty cup upset eight minutes into the second half. Ryan Hardie put his team ahead from the spot on 53 minutes and if Argyle beat Liverpool, it will be the first time since February 1956.
