KSI sends Oleksandr Usyk two-word message after Tyson Fury fight amid shock Tommy Fury decision
KSI has dubbed Oleksandr Usyk the greatest of all time after watching the unified world heavyweight champion beat Tyson Fury in their rematch.
Olajide Olayinka Williams "JJ" Olatunji - better known by his online alias, KSI - watched the fight on television alongside other members of the YouTube group the Sidemen, including Ethan Payne (Behzinga), Simon Minter (Miniminter) and Tobi Brown (TBJZL), plus a fellow YouTuber and friend of the group, Callum McGinley (Callux). Before the fight, they also witnessed Luke Littler's record-breaking performance against Ryan Meikle in the PDC World Darts Championship.
Boxing is more KSI's forte, though. The influencer-boxer fought Tommy Fury at Manchester Arena last October, losing the six-round fight by unanimous decision to Tyson's half-brother.

After seeing the Ukrainian boxer beat the Manchester native unanimously on all three ringside judges' scorecards, KSI took a photo of his TV screen showing Usyk holding the WBC's Rumble in the Jungle 50th Anniversary Commemorative belt. Sharing the image on his Instagram story, he captioned it "The GOAT," tagging Usyk in the post.
Over on X, formerly Twitter, KSI responded to The Ring's AI-powered scorecard, dubbed the fourth judge. The first AI boxing judge had Usyk winning 118-112, with two 10-10 rounds, compared to the official 116-112 cards in favour of the champion.
KSI claimed the "AI judge would have given me the win against Tommy Fury." Fury won that fight 57–56 on all three scorecards for a unanimous decision victory, despite initially being ruled a majority decision after judge Rafael Ramos first scored the bout 57–57, which is mathematically incorrect
The fighters are said to have held talks regarding a rematch this year, but Fury announced a fight against former UFC welterweight challenger Darren Till at the Co-op Live in January 2025. That was, though, cancelled after Fury surprisingly withdrew earlier this month, renewing rumours of a rematch with KSI in the new year.
