KSI has teased a blockbuster boxing showdown with Conor McGregor by sending a five-word message on social media.

McGregor - who has been away from UFC for more than four years - revealed last month that he had held talks with Logan Paul over a money-spinning fight in India. The box-office bout would see both stars rake in an eye-watering £200million - but YouTuber Paul has thrown a spanner in the works by suggesting that his full focus is on WWE. The 29-year-old claimed during WWE's Netflix debut that he was fully dedicated to wrestling.

Paul - who has only been involved in two professional boxing matches - said during Monday Night Raw: "I get it, I would hate me too. I don’t ‘respect the process’. I’ve never fallen in line’ or ‘waited my turn’, but you know what must really keep you up at night? I’ve been so good at this. And now? I’m dedicating my life to this, no more side hustle, no more bulls***. 100 percent WWE superstar."

That sparked rumours that fellow influencer KSI could be ready to step in for his PRIME business partner Paul. And, last night, The Nightmare threw down the gauntlet on social media by sharing a mock promotional photo, saying: "Not rumoured. I'm very down." In another post, he declared: "Let's make this happen @TheNotoriousMMA."

McGregor - who hasn't fought since losing to Dustin Poirier in July 2021 - previously called out KSI for a bare-knuckle boxing fight after Anthony Joshua's win over Robert Helenius in August 2023. The Notorious declared: "He couldn't box eggs if he worked in an egg boxing factory." But the Irishman later claimed as "just a bit of craic" and insisted he wasn't interested in fighting KSI.
