Kyle Walker fires message to fans after moving within one game of major final following Man City transfer
Kyle Walker is just one victory away from a major final with AC Milan following his loan move to Italy.
The full back left Manchester City last month to join up with the Serie A giants on a deal until the end of the season. Milan have the option to make the move permanent in the summer for around £4.2million.
And Walker has started each of the last two games for Sergio Conceicao's side having made his debut in the Milan derby last weekend. That game ended 1-1 with Inter scoring a stoppage time equaliser.

But Walker and Milan were victorious in midweek as they defeated Roma 3-1 in the last eight of the Coppa Italia. That has booked a semi-final spot against either Inter Milan or Lazio and means the 35-year-old could soon be adding to his medal collection.
Posting on Instagram after the midweek victory, Walker said: "My first win as a Milan player and we’re through to the semi-finals! Thanks so much for the support today."
He had been similarly effusive in his praise of the Milan fans after his debut last weekend, posting: "An honour to make my AC Milan debut today. Frustrating not to take all 3 points, but I’m confident we’ve got plenty more to come. Thank you soo much for the amazing support, not just today but since I signed."
Milan play Empoli this weekend before a Champions League play-off tie with Feyenoord. Walker will be able to feature in that competition provided he is added to Milan's European squad. He could yet face Manchester City in the competition but the two clubs are in opposite halves of the draw and so cannot meet until the final.
