Kylian Mbappe agent hints at next transfer move after surprise Arsenal confirmation

Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain reacts during the French Champions trophy ceremony after the Ligue 1 Uber Eats match between Paris Saint-Germain and Toulouse FC at Parc des Princes on May 12, 2024

Kylian Mbappe's mother and agent has dropped a huge hint over the striker's future after he said farewell to Paris Saint-Germain. The France international will become a free agent on June 30 after confirming he will leave the Parisians.

Speculation has been mounting over his future for some time now but there remains no confirmed deal in place. Real Madrid are heavy favourites to land the forward due to their ability to pay his mammoth wages.

Mbappe reportedly earned around £60m per year at PSG, a salary that won't be affordable for most Premier League clubs. Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United have been tentatively linked but a move seems unlikely.

On Monday, Mbappe organised a party to mark his farewell with the Ligue 1 champions. Around 250 guests attended the event at Italian restaurant, Gigi, with most of his PSG teammates, club staff and friends attending.

Upon leaving the event, Mbappe's mother and agent, Fayza Lamari, hinted that he will secure a move to Real Madrid this summer. Asked where her son would play next season, she replied: "You all know it already."

Madrid have led the way for Mbappe's signature for some time with ESPN claiming he will join the Spanish giants following their UEFA Champions League final with Borussia Dortmund.

Lamari's comments come after YouTube sensation iShowSpeed claimed the 25-year-old would turn down a move to Madrid and instead join Arsenal. While the thought of Mbappe joining Mikel Arteta's side is exciting, it's almost impossible to believe the social media sensation.
