Kendal Rugby Club's second team claimed a victory against Eagle, winning 32-26 at Mint Bridge.

The match began poorly for Eagle, who faced a red card just one minute in.

Kendal capitalised on the one man advantage when Joe Fiddler scored a converted try, putting them ahead 7-0.

Kendal regained the lead shortly after, with Steve Nelson scoring a try, converted by Fiddler, to make it 14-7.

Eagle responded again, levelling the scores at 14-14 before half-time with another converted try.

The second half began unfavourably for Kendal as Eagle took a 19-14 lead.

But Kendal levelled the scores two minutes later with Jack Howarth scoring to level the game at 19-19.

Eagle then edged ahead again with a converted try, making it 24-19.

Kendal responded once more, with Fiddler scoring his second converted try, bringing the score to 26-26 with just ten minutes left.

As the match neared its end, Tadhg Butler scored a try in the last second, sealing Kendal's victory at 32-26.
