Le Bris will 'manage Wilson Isidor properly' and has Sunderland dressing room backing
REGIS Le Bris insists Wilson Isidor's confidence has not been dented by his recent struggle for goals - and says the striker still retains the backing of all of his Sunderland teammates.
Isidor has gone seven games without a goal but the loanee remains a crucial figure in the eyes of his head coach, who is delighted with his all-round play.
Isidor missed a glorious chance to end his drought when he raced away one-on-one in the second half against Norwich on Saturday but blazed over.
But Le Bris is more focused on what Isidor is offering his Sunderland side - and is sure the goals will soon start to flow again.
"He's really close to scoring again," said Le Bris.
"He didn't score today but I know it will happen very soon.
"He's still very involved in many phases and is very useful for the team. Now it's a question of clinical efficiency."

Isidor quickly established himself as a big character in the Sunderland dressing room and he remains as lively and positive behind the scenes.
"Yes, absolutely," said Le Bris.
"These periods for strikers are not unusual. You have to manage it properly.
"He still has his confidence. The dressing room understands what happens with strikers, that sometimes they can't have the clinical efficiency they would like to have.
"But he's still connected with his teammates and it's just a question of time."
