Leeds United are yet to make a move in the January transfer window but that hasn't stopped transfer speculation from doing the rounds. The Whites are on course to return to the Premier League following a good start to the season, but the job is far from finished.

Two players have already departed in Charlie Crew and Joe Gelhardt, while Patrick Bamford has also been linked with a winter exit. The Whites are not expecting a busy month in terms of incoming transfers, but that could change.

Farke has remained consistent in his stance that Leeds are not actively looking to bring in new faces this window. However, if the right deal comes about, the opportunity may be taken.

Plymouth Argyle's Bali Mumba is reportedly on the Whites' radar this month according to LeedsUnited.News. The versatile full-back has impressed this season and has caught the eye of a number of clubs.

The 23-year-old has been around for some time after breaking through the youth ranks at Sunderland. He made his senior at 16-years-old in May 2018 before moving to Norwich City.

His move to Carrow Road saw him play under Daniel Farke before he signed for Plymouth in 2023 on the back of a successful loan spell. He cost then £1million, a then club-record, and he has played a big role in their success over the past 18 months of remaining in the Championship.

Leeds are not necessarily blessed with options at full-back, with Junior Firpo and Sam Byram both out of contract this summer, though Isaac Schmidt, Jayden Bogle and Maximilian Wober are all also options out wide.
