Leeds United went back top of the Championship with a 3-0 win over Sheffield Wednesday on Sunday afternoon.

Manor Solomon's early strike - his fourth goal of the season - put the hosts ahead before Largie Ramazani made sure of the points late on. Ao Tanaka's clever finish was the icing on the cake.

Solomon now has a goal contribution in each of his last three matches having assisted against both Hull City and Harrogate Town. For Ramazani, it was his second goal in as many matches, while Tanaka's backheel was his second in two league games.

United go top of the table and remains unbeaten run against Yorkshire clubs in now 18 matches.

1 - Illan MESLIER

Initially ignited nervousness within the back line after not dealing with two crosses and spraying a loose ball or two. Got down well to a Djeidi Gassama's shot and punched away the subsequent corner in the second half. 6

2 - Jayden BOGLE

Utilised the space he was given well and was always on hand to dovetail with Daniel James. Given a yellow card for a very mistimed tackle in the second half. 7

6 - Joe RODON

Did what he needed to but was sometimes caught slightly high. Did his duty, even when the odds looked against him. 6

4 - Ethan AMPADU

Put in a terrific tackle when Josh Windass was slid in on 19 minutes. Took some risks at times and a few balls forward only found orange shirts but he got his head to a few balls and held his position well. 7

25 - Sam BYRAM

Dealt with what was thrown at him and made some solid interceptions although struggled to inject much into the attack. 6

22 - Ao TANAKA

Moved the ball well, most of the time forward. Put his foot in when required and was always positive. He was the main creator in the first half and his finish for the third goal was sublime. 8

8 - Joe ROTHWELL

Superb ball for what led to goal. Always chose the sensible option but also produced a wonderful scooped ball at one stage. A confident performance. 8

7 - Daniel JAMES

Had Max Lowe on his toes all match and make the 'keeper work multiple times and put in some good balls albeit these were less frequent as the game wore on. 7

11 - Brenden AARONSON

Fantastic pressing and put himself about. Not much in the way of creativity and end product, though, which is what he's at No.10 for. 6

14 - Manor SOLOMON

Showed terrific composure for the goal. Kept the ball well under pressure and completed many a dribble. Was a reliable attacking outlet with some dangerous runs and crosses. 8

10 - Joel PIROE

Had a very quiet game, his first effort coming on 34 minutes. Started to drop back as a result but found little joy overall. 5

SUBS

17 - Largie RAMAZANI (on 82 for James)

Did superbly well to keep the ball under pressure before turning and firing in his goal. 7

19 - Mateo JOSEPH (on 67 mins for

Did more than Piroe did in his first touches as he won a free-kick with a driving run. 6

23 - Josuha GUILAVOGUI (on 89 for Aaronson)

Too late for a rating. N/A

29 - Wilfried GNONTO (on 82 for Solomon)

Didn't get on the ball too much. 5

44 - Ilia GRUEV (on 67 mins for Rothwell)

Free-kick was not a bad effort. Got away with a mistimed tackle in the corner later on. Still making a return to full fitness so understandable he wasn't at top tilt. 6
