Daniel Farke has handed Sam Chambers his full Leeds United debut for this afternoon's FA Cup fourth round tie against Millwall in one of 10 team changes. Daniel James and Joe Rodon have been left out of the squad.

Chambers made his senior bow against Plymouth Argyle back in November and now the attacking midfielder starts his maiden first-team game against the Lions as Brenden Aaronson is rotated to the bench. The academy graduate does not turn 18 until August.

Pascal Struijk lines up at centre-back, making his first start since returning from his hamstring injury. Alongside him could be Ethan Ampadu, who is the only survivor from the midweek win over Coventry City, or Josuha Guilavogui.

Guilavogui has been given his second start since joining in October, having made his full debut in the last round. Whoever is named in midfield is partnered by Joe Rothwell.

Karl Darlow starts in goal as United's cup goalkeeper. The current six-game clean sheet streak was sparked by his blank slate against Harrogate Town in the last round. Should he keep the ball out of the net again, it will be the first time in 22 months he has kept consecutive clean sheets.

At full-back, Isaac Schmidt makes his second start for Leeds, having made his full debut in the last round, with Sam Byram begins on the opposite flank after missing out on the last two starting XIs.

Flanking Chambers are Wilfried Gnonto and Largie Ramazani. Ramazani is handed his first start since heading home the winner against Harrogate last month. Gnonto will meanwhile be looking to score in straight home matches, having netted against Cardiff City last weekend.

Mateo Joseph is given the nod up front as he looks to score in consecutive home games, having netted against Cardiff. He was the subject of a bid worth more than £10million from Real Betis in the final knockings of the winter transfer window but Leeds stood firm. That he is allowing top scorer Joel Piroe to rest today is one of the reasons why.

Starting XI: Darlow; Schmidt, Struijk, Ampadu, Byram; Rothwell, Guilavogui; Ramazani, Chambers, Gnonto; Joseph.

Subs: Meslier, Bogle, Firpo, Debayo, Gruev, Tanaka, Solomon, Aaronson, Piroe.
