Arsenal are looking to extend their unbeaten run to nine games as they visit Leicester this lunchtime, having enjoyed a fine run of form under Mikel Arteta after overcoming a disastrous start to the season.

In what has been one of the most promising weeks of Arteta’s reign in charge of the club, the manner of their performance during last Friday night’s win at home against Aston Villa spoke of a team growing in stature.

Clearly, the visit to the King Power Stadium is perhaps the biggest test of the side since the 5-0 humbling at Manchester City in August but, with summer signings bedding in and confidence aplenty, Arsenal arrive in their best shape in months.

For their part, Leicester haven’t looked entirely convincing. Having already conceded on 15 occasions in the league thus far, an Arsenal attack to have scored at least twice in their last four outings across all competitions must be licking their lips.
