IT was nice to see so many hunts and their supporters out at the traditional Boxing Day meets again this year, even though some in the Labour Party want to ban it totally.

Shame that some hunts had to put up with the ill-informed, ill-advised hunt saboteurs spoiling proceedings. Strange how some people so committed to their cause are too embarrassed to show their faces and have to hide behind black masks and balaclavas, or are they just trying to look scary?

Wouldn’t it be nice if the hunts turned the tables and under their riding hats wore black masks with just their eyes showing and got in the faces of the saboteurs to see how they like it!
