Lewis O'Brien centre of double transfer claim amid Derby County interest in Nottingham Forest deal
Lewis O'Brien looks to be heading to Swansea City despite conflicting reports surrounding his next destination.
Derby County were yesterday linked with the Nottingham Forest midfielder with the Rams eager to bolster their options in the centre of the park.
It was claimed yesterday that O'Brien wanted a move to a club with a chance of making the playoffs with Blackburn and Preston said to have put loan offers on the table.

But Derby and Swansea were offering more money for the Forest man which had left them as viable destinations with the Reds wanting the best deal on the table.
Sun journalist Alan Nixon claimed this morning, however, that O'Brien's deal with the Swans had potentially hit a snag because his wife was pregnant, and there were concerns over travelling distance.
But in the last few hours, our sister site Wales online claim O'Brien's move is still on with a medical reportedly set for this afternoon. Wales Online said: "Plenty of speculation swirling this morning, but another update on Lewis O'Brien for you this morning.
"Sources at Swansea say that despite speculation in reports elsewhere, as far as they're concerned the move is still on.
"The midfielder has already verbally agreed to join, and is still due for a medical later this afternoon. Obviously we're not completely over the line just yet but there remains plenty of optimism that this one will still get done."
