Liam Manning not concerned as Bristol City extend winless away run to six games vs Coventry City
Liam Manning insists that he is not concerned by Bristol City's away form following the Reds' defeat to Coventry City on Saturday afternoon.
The Robins extended their winless run on the road to six games as they were beaten 1-0 by Frank Lampard's Sky Blues at the CBS Arena, with Brandon Thomas-Asante's goal proving to be the difference between the two sides.
The former West Brom forward smashed past Max O'Leary midway through the second half, having been slipped past the helpless Luke McNally by Jack Rudoni to send the home fans into celebration.

Saturday afternoon's loss means City have failed to win any of their last six games away from Ashton Gate. Since their last win on the road, against Norwich City in November, Manning's side have lost to Portsmouth, Watford, West Brom and Coventry while also drawing to Sunderland and Plymouth Argyle.
Although the 39-year-old admitted that his side need to pick up as many points as they possibly can away from home, he was insistent that he was not worried by their record on opposition turf since the November international break.
"No," responded the City head coach when asked if the away form was a worry. "I want to win games. I want to win home and away.
"But I think the priority has to be at home. You have to make sure the home form is good and the lads have performed really well there and then it's about picking up as much as you can on the road.
"We have performed well at times away and picked up results so you know we can do it. Again, it's the other opportunity that we've got on Wednesday."
While it was Coventry who had the better chances in the second half, City could quite easily have pulled ahead early on as they spurned a couple of good opportunities to break the deadlock in the opening exchanges.
Anis Mehmeti was unable to control Ross McCrorie's pass following a smart interchange between the Scotland international and Nahki Wells. The Bermudian international could have, and perhaps should have, beaten Oliver Dovin in the Sky Blues' net minutes later when he was slipped behind the Coventry backline with nine minutes on the clock, but his shot was well saved by the Swedish stopper.
After the interval, both Sam Bell and Yu Hirakawa came close to finding a leveller but neither player was able to produce the moment of quality required to pull the Reds back into the contest.
While Manning believed the conditions at the CBS Arena made it difficult for his side to break down Lampard's backline, he was of the opinion that Bristol City had done more than enough to come away from the Midlands with a point to their name.
"The game was quite low quality," the 39-year-old said. "The pitch was very difficult, I don't like to make excuses but they're probably a bit more used to it and prepared for it. I thought we didn't adjust well enough in terms of unpredictable bounces. You have to sharpen your focus and take a little bit of extra care when doing the basics, which we didn't do well enough.
"Ultimately, when you look at it, they probably had a few more chances than us but I thought the two or three chances that we had were chances of much higher quality. When you look at Nahki's first half, Belly's second half, Anis' opportunity really early on.
"Ultimately, we didn't take them and they took a decent chance that they had. It's really frustrating in that we know we should be coming away with a point."
