Liverpool legend Graeme Souness sends fierce warning to Arsenal star - 'Wind your neck in'
Graeme Souness has told Arsenal youngster Myles Lewis-Skelly to "wind his neck in" after the youngster mimicked Erling Haaland's goal celebration after scoring against Manchester City last weekend.
Arsenal vs City has emerged as one of the Premier League's biggest grudge rivalries in recent years, and after the first meeting between the two teams earlier this season, when City scored a late equalizer, tensions threatened to boil over on the pitch as Haaland told Mikel Arteta to "stay humble" before dismissively asking novice defender Lewis-Skelly who he was.
Lewis-Skelly had to wait five months to issue a response on the pitch, and did so in excellent fashion as he scored Arsenal's third goal in last weekend's 5-1 victory over Guardiola's struggling side.

The teenage full-back then proceeded to mimic Haaland's meditation celebration on the pitch at the Emirates Stadium — a move which has divided opinion among pundits, and one of the pundits who wasn't a fan of the move is Liverpool legend Souness.
He said in his Mail column: "I like Arsenal’s Myles Lewis-Skelly. Attitude is oozing out of him and it’s why I think he’s going to be a real player.
"He put in a strong performance during Arsenal’s 5-1 defeat of Manchester City last weekend which included him mimicking Erling Haaland’s goal celebration after extending his team’s lead.
"I love attitude in all walks of life – and not just in the football world. People who go out there and say: ‘This is me. I’m going to do this.’ I like to see players who have b******s, too.
"But I have to say, having seen that celebration, I think he needs to wind his neck in. At 18, it’s a bit early to be going down the road of mimicking a player like Haaland, someone who’s achieved great things in our league.
"Wait till you’ve won a few things in our game, son. Just give it a few years. Listen and learn every day until then. Know that someone so young going down that road is not a good look."
