Liverpool Legends will be back in action this March, taking on Chelsea Legends at Anfield during the international break. And six new names have been added to the list of stars who will be in action for the Reds.

Last month, Jerzy Dudek, Djibril Cisse, Robbie Keane, Fabio Aurelio and Djimi Traore were confirmed as taking part in the match. Now, some more big Liverpool names from the past have joined them.

Goalkeeper Sander Westerveld, who was part of the 2000/01 treble-winning Liverpool side, will be playing again, while defensive duo Martin Skrtel and Ragnar Klavan have also signed up. In the middle of the pitch, Mark Gonzalez and Jay Spearing will feature for the Reds again, while Dirk Kuyt returns as an attacking option.

Eight previous legends matches at Anfield have raised more than £7.5m ($9.3m), helping the LFC Foundation increase the number of people it supported to 127,000 last season. Funds from the next Legends match will help play a key role in LFC Foundation's new strategy, which aims to double fundraising efforts to reach the ambition of helping 500,000 people a season by 2030.

Money raised will also specifically support LFC Foundation's health program, which provide physical and mental wellbeing support for people of all ages. Tickets for the game are on sale now and are priced at at £29 ($36) for adults, £19 ($23) for concessions and £9 ($11) for juniors.

Liverpool.com says: The Legends events are always fun to watch, with some of the names involved bigger than others! It's all for a good cause and gives an opportunity for some people who don't often get to visit Anfield to go along and experience it.
