Liverpool is reportedly happy with Lewis Koumas' development during his loan spell at Stoke City, but promotion-chasing sides West Brom, Sheffield United and Watford are said to be keen on signing him for the second half of the campaign.

Teenage forward Koumas has scored four times in 29 appearances for the Potters, who currently find themselves in 19th position in the table.

The Reds are presumably pleased with the amount of game time Koumas is getting in Staffordshire, and it is not clear whether Liverpool would entertain the prospect of him moving elsewhere for the second half of the season.

Sheffield United is chasing automatic promotion to the Premier League, while West Brom and Watford are in with a shot at a play-off spot, and all three teams are keen on signing Koumas to aid their promotion pushes, according to the Daily Mail.

Stoke is said to remain hopeful of keeping the youngster, who has already made five senior appearances for Wales. Koumas made his international debut in a friendly against Gibraltar in June, and went on to feature in three of Wales' six games in the Nations League earlier this season.

Prior to joining Stoke on loan in the summer, Koumas signed a new deal at Liverpool, although it is not clear when that runs until.

Koumas scored on his only senior appearance for Liverpool, netting in a 3-0 win over Southampton in the FA Cup fifth round after being handed a somewhat surprise start by former Reds boss Jurgen Klopp.

Koumas, 19, is the son of former professional soccer player Jason Koumas, who played in the Premier League for both West Brom and Wigan Athletic.
