Liverpool sent Harry Kane transfer message and urged to sign two players
Liverpool have been told the two players that they should consider signing during the January transfer window. With the New Year officially arriving, the Reds now have the opportunity to strengthen their squad with new signings ahead of the second half of the season.
Arne Slot and Co. are currently at the top of both the Premier League and Champions League standings, and will be looking to finish the campaign with at least one major trophy added to the cabinet. Away from the action on the pitch, though, attention will soon begin to turn to the transfer business that may occur at Anfield.
Rumours have been swirling for several weeks linking Liverpool with potential new signings. One player who hasn't been credited as a target for the Reds, though, is Aston Villa striker Jhon Duran.

Former Liverpool star Didi Hamann has explained why his old employers would be wise to monitor Duran as the January transfer window remains open, amid rumours about Darwin Nunez's future at Anfield. Hamann also went on to make a claim about former Tottenham Hotspur star Harry Kane, who is now at Bayern Munich.
"Could Liverpool move for Harry Kane? To be honest, he seems happy at Bayern Munich and I don’t think Munich want to sell him either," Hamann said in an interview with BoyleSports, who offer the latest Liverpool vs Manchester United odds.
"I don’t think that will happen and Liverpool have never been the biggest spenders, so it’s unlikely.
"However, Jhon Duran is a brilliant player and the way he plays, it always helps having a player with a physical presence up front. He created space up front and made a huge impact for Villa - I certainly think Liverpool need to keep an eye on him."
Hamann also believes that Liverpool may need to begin a search for a future replacement for Andy Robertson. The former midfielder has identified Bournemouth star Milos Kerkez as the player who could star at left-back for the Reds.
"Milos Kerkez is a brilliant player. We see it time and time again in the Premier League," said Hamann.
"If you play well, you will gain a lot of interest. Andy Robertson is in his late 20s and Kostas Tsimikas is a great back up - but he has wanted to leave for the past two seasons now.
"It’s a position Liverpool should definitely look at. Robertson is a great player who is having a dip at the moment. If there is a player with the level of Kerkez or Alphonso Davies, why not go for it.
"Kerkez reminds me of John Arne Riise a lot. Riise liked to bomb forward and was a very attacking left-back. He had a great strike on him.
"It’s a bonus if you have a full-back who defends very well and is able to score, set goals up and cross a few balls in. It makes the game a lot easier."
