Liverpool supporters deliver Darwin Nunez transfer verdict amid Saudi Pro League links
Darwin Nunez continues to come under scrutiny at Liverpool. Speaking ahead of Saturday's FA Cup clash against Accrington Stanley, Anfield icon Robbie Fowler claimed that the forward is not a Liverpool player.
The Uruguay international has managed just two goals in 15 Premier League appearances this season. His last goal in the top-flight came against Aston Villa back in November, while he was also guilty of missing two good chances against John Doolan’s side at Anfield.
Speculation then emerged earlier this week linking Nunez with a £70m move to Al Hilal of the Saudi Pro League. And Reds supporters, commenting on the ECHO, have had their say on the 25-year-old and the links.

Lacatus wrote: "If it's true about the £70m bid then I think they should think hard about it. Saying that I don't think he's gonna want to go to Saudi! But we defo need to offload him. He hasn't improved one bit."
Kerryh80 said: "We all wanted Nunez to succeed, every time he puts on the shirt and enters the field the fans are behind him willing him on. Fact is, he's had a couple of seasons now and his form is declining if anything. Sell, recoup the money and reinvest.... smart business!"
Red-river commented: "I like Nunez and get behind everyone that wears our shirt, but reality check - he’s the weakest of all our front men."
And Winstonsmith22 remarked: "Interesting that when Nunez plays for Uruguay he is a prolific, cultured goal scorer. I think when he is playing in front of the Liverpool fans he is desperate to score and tries too hard."
