Liverpool transfer target pays ultimate compliment to Dominik Szoboszlai as Reds consider move
Liverpool-linked Milos Kerkez has complimented Reds star Dominik Szoboszlai on social media. The Reds are reportedly weighing up a bid for the Bournemouth left-back to provide some much-needed defensive reinforcements.
The 21-year-old has scored two goals and provided three assists in 23 appearances so far for the coastal club who are enjoying a stellar year under Spaniard Andoni Iraola. Kerkez would potentially serve as an understudy to Andrew Robertson before replacing the Scotsman when his contract at Anfield expires in the summer of 2026.
And the defender has sent a message to fellow Hungary international Szoboszlai. The Reds winger netted in Liverpool's 4-1 win over Ipswich Town on Saturday afternoon.

"It wasn’t a bad week," Szoboszla said in a post on Instagram alongside a picture of him celebrating his goal against Ipswich.
And Kerkez has responded. "Motivated [by] you my brother," he commented.
Szoboszlai has previously admitted the left-back was his closest friend in the Premier League, in an interview with Nemzeti Sport, stating: "I would choose Bournemouth's left-back, Milos Kerkez. He looks like me, only a little crazier than me. But he still has time to grow up."
Recent reports have claimed that Bournemouth will not sanction a sale for Kerkez this month due to the fact that the prospect of qualifying for European football next season is becoming 'increasingly likely'. The Cherries currently sit seventh in the top-flight table, which would see them qualify for Europe if both domestic cups are won by teams in the top six.
