Loic Bade to Aston Villa transfer latest as demand made and replacement lined up
Sevilla could demand a substantial fee for Aston Villa transfer target Loic Bade this January window, as the Lions look for another defensive option before the 3rd of February deadline - although it's claimed in Spain that they are already hunting a replacement and have potentially found one in France.
Claims on Tuesday emerged suggesting that Sevilla were applying pressure to Villa president of football operations and former employee Monchi, who has been exploring a move for the former Nottingham Forest loanee, who has been playing in Sevilla since the beginning of last season.
Sevilla are currently in a tricky financial situation, but local reports have claimed that they are prepared to stand firm on the valuations of their most important players and aren't going to so easily give up the likes of Bade unless interested parties such as Villa can stump up a desirable transfer offer.

Fichajes write, meanwhile, that Sevilla have begun to devise a list of potential replacements for Bade, in the event that they strike a deal with Villa this month; Senegalese defender Arouna Sangante, who is captain of Ligue 1 side Le Havre, has a €5m release clause and is viewed as an ideal candidate to succeed Bade.
Villa are keen on bringing in another defender this month, having already been active with incomings; they've signed young right-back Andres Garcia and winger Donyell Malen, but they are eager on recruiting a centre half after losing Pau Torres to injury and permitting Diego Carlos to leave for Fenerbahce.
