The goals continue to flow for Luka Vuskovic in a Radomiak Radom shirt. Scoring in successive games for the Polish side at the beginning of March, the 17-year-old added another to his tally on Sunday in their 3-0 win away at ten-man Legia Warsaw.

Considering their opponents are in the top six of the Polish top flight and Radomiak are in the bottom half of the table after three successive defeats, it was a huge victory for Vuskovic and his teammates. Tipped for such a bright future in the game after coming through the system with Hajduk Split in Croatia, the centre-back's latest goal highlighted why he may indeed be the perfect defender for Ange Postecoglou and Tottenham in the years ahead.

Not only a good defender but someone who is very good with the ball at his feet and comfortable bringing it out from the back, Vuskovic displayed those qualities when he scored Radomiak's third and final goal of the contest in Warsaw.

Playing in his role on the left of their back three, the Croat made his way towards the Legia box before cutting inside to move into a central position and shoot from almost 30 yards out. The ball arrowed into the bottom corner via a slight deflection off Artur Jedrzejczyk, leaving Dominik Hladun with no chance in goal.

Vuskovic showed very little emotion after finding the back of the net but he was mobbed by his jubilant teammates after extending their lead. In his 12 games for Radomiak since making a temporary move from Hajduk at the turn of the year, the highly-rated teenager has contributed with three goals and one assist. Not bad at all for a centre-back.

Vuskovic's numbers from his performance against Legia Warsaw (via FotMob) were also incredibly impressive, especially in an attacking sense. Scoring with his only shot on goal, he was successful with his one dribble, accurate with seven of his eight long balls and registered a pass completion rate of 86 per cent from his 44 passes.

Defensively he made one block, one clearance, three recoveries and he won five of his nine duels. Very much a regular in the Radomiak Radom team since his move and playing the full 90 minutes in ten of his 12 appearances, Vuskovic's move to Poland has been great for his development and it has demonstrated what exactly Tottenham can expect from him once he joins up with the first-team squad.

Spurs fans are going to have to be patient to see Vuskovic in action, though. Joining in a £12million deal last September and committing his long-term future to the club after penning a contract until the summer of 2030, it won't be until next year when he can arrive in north London.

Due to FIFA rules, Vuskovic, who stands at 6ft 4ins, will have to wait until 2025 when he is 18 years of age to make the move to Tottenham. With the Polish league season soon drawing to a conclusion, the starlet's loan spell will come to an end very shortly with Radomiak only having three games left in their league campaign.

Probably enough time to add another goal to his name going on his impressive record in Poland so far, Tottenham fans will be keeping a very close eye on the centre-back's development over the coming months before he finally takes his place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
