Man City make Chloe Kelly decision amid Manchester United transfer talk
Manchester City’s Chloe Kelly is set to miss this evening’s Manchester derby at the Etihad Stadium amid transfer speculation over her future.
City host United in the Women’s Super League in the 6.45pm kick-off with just one point separating the two teams in the table.
City sit in third place on 22 points, while United are in fourth on 21.

Kelly has struggled for regular game time with City so far this season, having made just six league appearances, with just one of those coming in the starting line-up.
It has been reported that Manchester United have now expressed a wish to sign the England international on loan until the end of the season.
The Telegraph report that Kelly is now set to miss the Manchester derby, and will not be included in the squad to take on United.
It is, however, added that if City would be willing to strengthen a rival in the transfer window is unknown.
Kelly is out of contract at City at the end of the season.
An impasse over new contract talks were reached last year. It is now reported that her relationship with manager Gareth Taylor has become ‘fractured’.
The forward could struggle for more game time between now and the end of the season, depending on if City complete their desired transfer moves.
They are closing in on the signing of forward Kerolin, while also attemptin to complete a move for German international Jule Brand.
Kelly has been with City since moving from Everton in 2020. She was the hero for England when she scored the winning goal in extra time of the Euro 2022 final against Germany.
