Manchester United are willing to cash in on Alejandro Garnacho if Napoli meet their £70million valuation, it has been claimed.

The 20-year-old has endured a difficult start to life under Ruben Amorim, and United are willing to listen to offers for every player, including academy graduates. Garnacho, who has three-and-a-half years left on his contract, has attracted attention from Serie A leaders Napoli.

Antonio Conte's side have offered around £50m plus add-ons for Garnacho - but United are demanding a higher fee for the Argentina international. According to The Mirror, Ruben Amorim's United are seeking around the £70m mark to secure Garnacho's services in the January transfer window.

Chelsea are also monitoring the situation and keen on signing him this month. The Blues, as well as Garnacho, are keeping tabs on 19-year-old United teammate Kobbie Mainoo, whose long-term future has come under question of recent late. However, United are unlikely to sell both players this winter.

It's added that United are prepared to sell Garnacho to fund Amorim's rebuilding job at Old Trafford. Garnacho has struggled to impress in Amorim's 3-4-2-1 formation, having scored just the one goal and added one assist in 14 matches since the Portuguese became their next permanent head coach.

United are hoping to drive up the price for Garnacho after a £23m offer for Lecce left-back Patrick Dorgu was rejected. The Italian club, however, want £33m for the Denmark international.

Lecce president Sticchi Damiani said: "We met with Manchester United and we told them that our plan is to keep our key players, including Patrick Dorgu. We're delighted to have Manchester United here to make a proposal, but our target to stay in Serie A is crucial."

United want to sell players who don't have a future under Amorim and Marcus Rashford is another one that has been linked with a move away from Old Trafford. He hasn't played a single minute since the 2-1 win over Viktoria Plzen on December 12 - and his representatives have been in talks with Barcelona.

Meanwhile, Antony is closing in on a loan move to Real Betis for the remainder of the season. The Brazilian has not started a single Premier League game this season and is set to leave United this month.
