Manchester City XI vs Wolves: De Bruyne starts - Starting lineup, confirmed team news, injury latest
Kevin De Bruyne has been recalled to the Manchester City starting XI for today’s game with Wolves.
After Thursday’s win over Tottenham, coach Pep Guardiola had questioned his side’s character and passion in a surprise outburst than underlined his fear of losing the Premier League title to Arsenal.
Guardiola had earlier dropped De Bruyne from his starting line-up and refused to make any changes to his side despite going 2-0 down before half time.

The subsequent 4-2 comeback, powered by Riyad Mahrez, Julian Alvarez, Erling Haaland and Jack Grealish, raises plenty of questions for his selection against Wolves.
De Bruyne is back in the team but Bernardo Silva misses out with Alvarez benched.
Joao Cancelo is another regular starter not given a recall although he has struggled for form of late. However, Ederson continues in goal despite his errors.
Ruben Dias is still on the bench after returning from a hamstring injury in midweek.
Man City XI: Ederson; Lewis, Stones, Akanji, Laporte; Rodri, De Bruyne, Gundogan; Mahrez, Grealish, Haaland.
Subs: Ortega, Walker, Dias, Phillips, Ake, Cancelo, Alvarez, Silva, Palmer.
