Miguel Almiron airport picture explained as agent breaks silence on Newcastle United 'offers'
Miguel Almiron's agent has confirmed that Newcastle United are willing to let his client leave - if the Magpies' asking price is met.
Almiron has not started a game for Newcastle since October and there was a flurry of speculation on social media on Wednesday after the forward was spotted at Charles de Gaulle airport. However, Almiron was simply spending time with his family in Paris after the players were given some time off following an intense run of matches.
Agent Daniel Campos did reveal that Almiron has 'offers' from 'many places', though, including one from the MLS, but the Paraguayan stressed they were 'not official'.

"They are willing to transfer him if they are paid what they want," Campos told Radio Monumental AM 1080 in his homeland. "I don't know how much the amount is and we refer all the clubs that ask us."
Almiron came on for the final quarter of an hour or so of Newcastle's Carabao Cup semi-final first-leg win at Arsenal on Tuesday night and the 30-year-old is in line to feature against Bromley at the weekend as Eddie Howe rotates his side.
"His future is very much here at the moment," Howe added. "Miggy has trained brilliantly this season. He's ready to play and he's an important player.
"We're not blessed with a huge number of wide players so anyone that we have here is vitally important and Miggy has always proved for us how effective he is when he does play. I'd say the same for any player until the day that they leave that their future is here and he needs to focus on the next game."
