Miron Muslic outlines Plymouth Argyle strategy over more new signings
Plymouth Argyle are turning their attention to strengthening other areas of their squad before the end of the winter transfer window after the double capture of defenders Maksym Talovierov and Nikola Katic.
Talovierov and Katic became the first signings of Miron Muslic as the Pilgrims' boss and both impressed on their debuts in the 2-1 Championship win against West Bromwich Albion at Home Park.
Muslic admitted there was 'still some spots' which needed adding to before the deadline at 11pm on Monday, with how Argyle go about replacing Morgan Whittaker, who moved to Middlesbrough in a £6 million transfer, a key issue.

Asked after the defeat of West Brom how hopeful he was of more new signings, Muslic said: "I remain calm. It's about signing the right ones and I think we are in a good way."
He continued: "We still have some time and we have to be very, very clear what we want and where do we want to support the team.
"It was just obvious we need help in the centre-back position with Brendan (Galloway) out, with Kornel (Szucs) out. Ten days ago we had just two of them fit. So that was the priority, and I think we also got the right profiles, the right characters.
"There is still some spots, especially to replace Morgan. That was the best offensive player, the best No 10. We are looking over there and I'm very confident that we can get the right profiles for us.
"I think it's not only replacing Morgan, who is a fantastic player and had a very strong output in terms of goals and assists, we have to solve this collectively. It's not easy to replace Morgan one on one. We have to be honest and very straight.
"I also don't think we should replace him one on one. We need to split this and to share this on more shoulders and more legs. We will never replace him one on one but at least to keep this gap a little bit smaller."
