Motherwell boss says club is 'unified' on potential Lennon Miller sale
Motherwell boss Stuart Kettlewell says the club have a plan and are unified on the potential sale of midfielder Lennon Miller.
The 18-year-old has been linked with a big-money move to clubs including Udinese and Eintracht Frankfurt, but Kettlewell wouldn’t be drawn on that.
However, he said the club is on the same page.
He said: “It’s not the value of the bidding club, it’s the value of the club that own the player and have their registration, that’s the most important part of it.
“We’ve always had a plan not just for Lennon, but several other players that have been sold. We’re unified with that, as well, it’s not as if one or two of us are sitting there with a different thought process.
“We’re really comfortable in that situation.”

Kettlewell added: “There are no issues with Lennon. The relationship between myself, Lennon, his family, his representative is a really good one, and we’re all on the same page with everything that’s going on.
“You see all the different rumours and all the different clubs that has been going on, not just this week but for months, now, but I think we’re all very comfortable with that situation, and I think Brian Caldwell [chief executive] did an interview with the club website the other day, and I think he has summed it up and been very transparent.
“Stories have been run off the back of that, but I would refer you back to what he said, because it’s the accurate version, as opposed to making up stories, put numbers to it and add some clubs to it.”
