Nathanael Ogbeta on Plymouth Argyle adjusting to new boss Miron Muslic
Nathanael Ogbeta has declared Miron Muslic is 'very demanding' of the Plymouth Argyle players and they are adjusting to what the recently-appointed head coach wants from them.
Ogbeta, 23, is also hoping the bottom-of-the-table Pilgrims can build on his 90th minute equaliser in the 2-2 draw away to promotion-chasing Sunderland on Saturday as they fight to stay in the Championship.
Argyle opened the scoring against Sunderland but then found themselves 2-1 down, only to come from behind to pick up a point, just three days after they had been trounced 5-0 at Burnley at Home Park.

Ogbeta said: "The guys showed so much courage to work hard out of possession and to listen to the game plan. Obviously, everyone wants to be on the ball for the whole game but to have to defend, it takes real discipline and concentration, and that's what the lads did.
"We did deserve to go one-nil up, we had some really good chances, but then the crowd get behind them and things change. Again, we stuck to the game plan, we stuck to the detail and that's what it's going to take.
"We have a new manager, a new system, a new style so everything is adjusting. The manager is very demanding, we have to work, we have to push, we have to press. Once we get used to it and once we get fitter, I'm sure it's all going to come together. So it's a really good reaction and I really pray we can build on it and start to move forward."
It has been a difficult first season at Argyle for summer signing Ogbeta as he has struggled for form, which has limited him to six starts and five substitute appearances in the Championship.
However, after coming off the bench as a late replacement for the injured Julio Pleguezuelo he was able to enjoy the best moment of his time with the Pilgrims so far. A cross from Matty Sorinola was flicked on by Darko Gyabi and Ogbeta reacted first and fired the ball high into the net.
Ogbeta said: "It was a bit surreal to be honest. I came on because Pleggy got a little nick so it was unexpected. Thankfully, I saw Darko go up for it, and then I just anticipated and was able to put it in the back of the net.
"It all comes from the work the boys put in before me. They worked so hard out of possession to keep us in the game, keep the score low and allowed us to get back in the game. I think it's what we deserved, so really good."
Ogbeta continued: "It has been a really difficult couple of months trying to settle into life in the Championship, and obviously for us as a club it has been really difficult with results and how we have struggled, especially with our away form.
"Just to have moments like that is a reward for all the hard work that no-one sees. We work every day, we work hard as a team, and sometimes we don't get the results that we want.
"I'm just so thankful, and so grateful to God, for moments like that because it gives you the motivation that when you keep pushing and keep doing the right things you get rewarded for it.
"I'm sure that as we keep pushing and keep working as a team we are going to get more rewards. It's not over, we have still got so many games so we have got to keep pushing and keep fighting until the end."
