Newcastle have already identified Alexander Isak replacement as Arsenal make new transfer plan
Alexander Isak has long been linked with a move to Arsenal. The Newcastle United striker has been high on the Gunners' wishlist when it comes to forward signings for some time.
However, he has always been seen as out of the club's range, with Newcastle set to demand a fee of more than £100million for the Swedish hitman.
Isak has scored 19 goals and provided five assists for the Magpies. That's added to the 25 he scored and two he assisted last season. He is one of the Premier League's most prolific strikers.

Arsenal need a forward and have been looking to sign one before the January transfer window closes on Monday night. That is unlikely to happen now, but the Gunners will go again in the summer transfer window to bolster their attacking options.
Given their pick of anyone and if money was no object, Isak would surely be right at the top of the list. Arsenal were interested in him when he was at Real Sociedad, but the Swede ended up signing for Newcastle instead.
And if reports are to be believed, the Magpies are already planning for a future without him. Reports suggest that Newcastle have identified Bournemouth forward Justin Kluivert as a potential replacement if Isak were to leave.
Newcastle are putting plans in place to sign Kluivert, with Isak expected to garner significant interest once the summer transfer window opens. Kluivert is not necessarily a like-for-like replacement, with the Dutchman preferring to play off the wing than through the middle.
Kluivert would be a popular signing, with his father Patrick having played for the Magpies during his playing career. The Bournemouth frontman has notched 12 goals and laid on five assists in 25 games for Newcastle this season.
Arsenal will be watching Isak's situation at Newcastle closely and, with the January transfer window running down, will start to make plans for the summer now.
