According to the police report, Walker was riding a Honda dirt bike with no lights and wearing dark clothing when he hit a Ford Escape heading the opposite direction at 7:50 p.m. on Thursday. The driver of the Ford Escape stayed on the scene and helped police, and Walker was taken to Ryder Trauma Center.
Walker, 23, was a Miami native. He was a fourth-round pick in 2015 out of Texas Southern, playing eight games as a rookie.
Ravens head coach John Harbaugh was so upset from the news of the crash last night he wrote members of the organization an open letter with his emotional thoughts.
Ravens players and other players from around the NFL reached out to express their sorrow at the news.
