EDDIE HOWE has made nine changes to his Newcastle United side for this evening's FA Cup fourth-round game at Birmingham City.

Dan Burn and Bruno Guimaraes are the only two players to remain in the Magpies' starting line-up from Wednesday's Carabao Cup semi-final win over Arsenal.

Nick Pope returns in goal, with Tino Livramento, Emil Krafth and Matt Targett playing alongside Burn in the back four.

Sean Longstaff and Lewis Miley start in midfield, with Guimaraes joining them in a central-midfield trio.

Callum Wilson starts up front, having come off the bench against Arsenal on Wednesday, with Joe Willock and Will Osula playing in the wide-attacking positions.

Howe has named a strong bench, but has also handed a substitutes' place to 17-year-old striker Sean Neave, who is an England Under-17 international.
