'They have no fear' - Declan Rice issues glowing verdict on three Tottenham players
Arsenal star Declan Rice has singled out three Tottenham players for praise after his side's win in the North London Derby. Despite taking the lead through club captain Son Heung-min, it was a pretty lacklustre performance from Spurs with several senior players far from their best.
Injuries hampered both teams in the build up with the Gunners dealt fresh blows while Tottenham are still suffering from some long-term absentees. Only one of Ange Postecoglou's first-choice back four started the game with a 18-year-old midfielder Archie Gray playing at centre-back and Antonin Kinsky making his Premier League debut.
Another teenager in Lucas Bergvall also started in midfield and went on to play the full 90 while Pape Matar Sarr and Yves Bissouma only lasted a half. James Maddison and Brennan Johnson were the only fully fit senior players on the bench though Richarlison managed the final 12 minutes having missed the last two months through injury.

Despite that, he was selected to replace Son ahead of academy starlet Mikey Moore. The 17-year-old has also missed a significant period however, with his first taste of minutes in nearly 11 weeks coming in the FA Cup third round victory against Tamworth this past weekend.
Though Moore didn't get on the pitch, Arsenal continue to put faith in their youngsters with Myles Lewis-Skelly starting at left-back for the fourth time out of the last six league games. The 18-year-old put in an impressive display on Wednesday evening with Rice particularly blown away.
"It is scary," Rice told TNT Sports when discussing Lewis-Skelly's ability. "I said the 18-year-olds now have no fear whatsoever.
"There were four or five times where he has that Moussa Dembele trait. He uses his body to get away from stuff. To show that at 18 years old is unbelievable." Upon mentioning the former Spurs man, Rice made sure to give some credit to three young players also shining in north London.
"Do you know what as well, I'm going to mention them because they're Spurs players, but Archie Gray, Bergvall as well - they're 18 as well and playing week-in, week-out; Mikey Moore as well. There's guys now playing in the Prem that are younger and younger and have got no fear: it's so good to see."
