CONCORD Rangers and Basildon United both suffered defeats in Isthmian North tonight.

Concord lost 3-1 to Gorleston at the Aspect Arena, despite Evernage Nyahunda putting them ahead after just 13 minutes.

The Beach Boys suffered a huge blow 10 minutes before the break when El Hadji Oumar Ndao was sent off for a poorly times challenge and the visitors made the most of their extra man in the second half.

Zach Dronfield, Christy Finch and Joe Jefford all netted in the space of 14 minutes to extend Concord's winless streak to seven matches.

The Beach Boys are now 16th in the standings with Basildon 17th after a 5-0 defeat at Waltham Abbey.

Basildon have now gone 14 games without a win and sit three points above the relegation zone.
