'It's nothing new' - Crystal Palace manager makes admission about Man United boss Ruben Amorim
Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner has given a glowing endorsement of Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash at Old Trafford.
United will welcome the Londoners to M16 with the ambition of recording a fourth successive victory in all competitions after progressing to the last-16 of the Europa League with a 2-0 triumph over FCSB on Thursday evening.
After an up and down start to life under Amorim, United are now beginning to find a rhythm of consistency that has also featured back-to-back clean sheets.

Adjusting to a new formation and a completely new way of playing was always going to require a bedding in period, but the recent victories over Rangers (2-1), Fulham (1-0) and FCSB suggest United's players are beginning to adapt to Amorim's demands and philosophy.
For Glasner, who has crossed paths with Amorim previously on the European stage, the Portuguese chief deserves credit for the way he is beginning to oversee a rise in United's performance levels and results.
"I have a lot of respect and I admire Ruben Amorim for how he managed the first weeks here," Glasner told reporters at his pre-match press conference. "When you go to such a big club like Man United and starting with this, it was not easy.
"But he went his way with all his determination and conviction. I think now you can see how he wants to play.
"It's nothing new for me because I know how he wants to play from the tactical side and what he expects from the players in the different positions so it won't be a surprise, but they look like they're getting used to it.
"I'm looking forward to it. It will be an interesting game."
