Head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has named his Nottingham Forest team to face Bournemouth in this afternoon’s Premier League clash.

It is a big game on the south coast, between two teams with designs on securing European football this season. The Reds are third in the table ahead of kick-off, level on points with second-placed Arsenal and six adrift of leaders Liverpool.

Nuno’s side made it nine matches unbeaten in all competitions last time out as they survived a Southampton fightback to triumph 3-2 at the City Ground. Goals from Elliot Anderson, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Chris Wood clinched the three points for the hosts.

Hudson-Odoi’s strike came just minutes before he was forced off with a groin problem which had left him as an injury doubt for the meeting with the Cherries. The winger has missed out on the match squad at the Vitality Stadium as two changes are made to the XI, with Ryan Yates and Jota Silva in for Hudson-Odoi and Nicolas Dominguez.

Ola Aina, Nikola Milenkovic, Murillo and Neco Williams will once again make up the back line ahead of goalkeeper Matz Sels. Yates will partner Elliot Anderson in the centre of the pitch.

Anthony Elanga, Morgan Gibbs-White and Jota Silva will provide attacking support for front man Chris Wood. The substitutes’ bench will be made up of Carlos Miguel, Morato, Taiwo Awoniyi, Harry Toffolo, Dominguez, James Ward-Prowse, Alex Moreno, Ramon Sosa and Willy Boly.

Forest: Sels; Aina, Milenkovic, Murillo, Williams; Yates, Anderson; Elanga, Gibbs-White, Jota; Wood. Subs: Miguel, Morato, Awoniyi, Toffolo, Dominguez, Ward-Prowse, Moreno, Sosa, Boly.
