Oliver Glasner praises Crystal Palace supporters after 'FA shafting fans' banner
Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner praised the 1900 supporters who travelled to Doncaster for Monday evening’s FA Cup win.
The Eagles advanced to the fifth round of the cup in a routine victory over League Two high-flyers Doncaster Rovers with goals from Daniel Munoz and Justin Devenny enough to set up a grudge match against Millwall at Selhurst Park.
Ahead of kick-off at Keepmoat, the Palace faithful unveiled three banners behind the goal, respectively reading ‘FA shafting fans,’ ‘f**k MNF’ and ‘against modern football’ after the game was rescheduled for broadcast.

Palace fans fumed when the decision to move the game to a Monday evening for BBC IPlayer was announced, with only one train back to London after the final whistle.
The frustration comes amid the Stop Exploiting Loyalty campaign, which attempts to make clear that anger at price rises, attacks on concessions and a general feeling that loyalty is simply not understood or appreciated.
When quizzed on the demonstration by the News Shopper, Glasner acknowledged that everyone prefers weekend games while applauding the Palace fans for their dedicated support.
“It is outstanding what our fans are doing travelling here,” said Glasner.
“As an Austrian, it is not the perfect football weather. I heard that it is like this in the North — windy, rainy and quite cold.
“It is outstanding from our fans travelling here on a Monday evening and many of them will struggle getting home, there is no trains going anymore.
“We all know the TV schedule. I don’t know when it was planned that there would always be a Monday evening game. There is another FA Cup game tomorrow, too.
“It is a part of the football business, but everybody would enjoy and appreciate when the games are at the weekend, on a Saturday and Sunday afternoon, sunny, 15 degrees.
“But that is life, our fans do not care about it, they go everywhere with us. In the next round, they only have to go to Selhurst, and I am pretty sure that Selhurst will be sold out against Millwall."
