Pep Guardiola told to brace for tempting Saudi January bids for Man City star
Kyle Walker is reportedly being targeted by a number of clubs from Saudi Arabia this month amid his waning form for Premier League champions Manchester City.
The right-back is one of many Blues players to have endured a tough season at the Etihad Stadium and has started just nine Premier League games so far. The 34-year-old seems to have lost a yard of his trademark pace - something that has been exposed by several wingers this season.
Walker, who is part of the squad's core leadership group, still has 18 months left on his contract, meaning that City have yet several windows in which to receive a fee for the defender.

However, with the 93-cap England star set to turn 35 in May, it's questionable how much European clubs would be willing to pay for his services.
Money-soaked Saudi clubs might be able to table City an irresistible offer, as The Sun reports that Al-Nassr and Al-Ahli are two clubs looking at Walker.
The player had said "never say never" in the face of previous Saudi transfer links last March before staying on with the Blues. A mid-season exit does seem less likely than a summer departure, though, owing to the small squad and defensive injuries City are coping with.
Saudi clubs are, meanwhile, expected to enquire about Belgium captain Kevin De Bruyne once again this January - albeit, again, a mid-season sale seems unlikely. The 33-year-old sees his City contract expire in the summer and it's unclear whether he will be offered a renewal.
De Bruyne, who said he was "open to everything", was hunted by Saudi outfits last summer, but the long-serving playmaker followed the path of Walker and stayed on under Pep Guardiola. The manager then signed a fresh two-year extension in November.
City resume their Premier League charge against West Ham at the Etihad Stadium this afternoon (3pm).
