Peterborough United trip for Cheltenham Town in EFL Trophy quarter-finals
Cheltenham Town will play League One side Peterborough United away in the quarter-finals of the EFL Trophy.
Ties will be played during the week commencing February 3 and there is £50,000 in prize money for the winners, as well as a place in the semi-finals.
Michael Flynn's team won all three of their group matches, overcoming Newport County AFC, Reading and West Ham United Under-21s.
They knocked out Cambridge United in the second round before last week's 2-1 win over Colchester United took them through to the last eight for the third time in their history.
Including the £20,000 teams receive for entering, the competition has already generated £110,000 in revenue for the Robins.
Cheltenham have faced Peterborough in the FA Cup and EFL Cup, as well as League One and Two meetings, but this will be their first meeting in the Trophy.
The Posh, managed by Darren Ferguson, are 19th in League One ahead of Saturday's home match against Leyton Orient. They beat League Two leaders Walsall 4-2 at home in their last 16 tie.
